Posted on October 13th, by mystafelix in Blog. No Comments

Weddings are, of course, an intimate celebration of your love and relationship as you make the plunge into married life together in front of your family and friends. It has also, undeniably, become a spectacular event for the ages meant to wow, excite, and amaze. Go for a shabby chic theme and deck out an authentic loft that’s falling to pieces, glam your wedding to the max with dancers, a band, VIP swag bags, and fireworks, or go completely out of the box and show your unique, personal style in a new, fun way with a hired magician for wedding entertainment.

You might be a little skeptical for two reasons: either you’re convinced that, unlike every other bride out there right now, you’re not vying for the best wedding entertainment in all of history (but you secretly are), or you don’t … Read More »

‘The Hills Are Alive’ is a New Years Eve outdoor camping and music festival, set in the beautiful hills of South Gippsland. 2 days of good music, good vibe, great people and great scenery, what more could you want? Perhaps a bit of magic? I had the privilege to perform at the festival and brought joy to people with a deck of 52 cards. I met a lot of lovely people that day and wish I was there longer to get to know them. See you guys next year!

This is something that he saw in a dream and he wanted to make it into a reality. People from all over the world were able to interact and manipulate the rhythm of the lightning bolts through twitter and Ultrbook stations set up in cities around the world. The visual image he has created of a man embedded in a mess of lightning bolts … Read More »

The Benefits of Kids Learning Magic

Posted on February 3rd, by mystafelix in Blog. No Comments

There will always be a part of me that is very shy, very unsociable. I wish I was born with confidence. Although I appear confident in my performances, it is only a facade I put on, deep inside me I am still that shy guy, but that is slowly changing.

Performing magic is what I love doing, and in order to be able to stand in front of an audience and put on a good show, I have created a character or an alter ego for myself that is very confident and out spoken. I pretend I am David Copperfield, who is one of the best magicians in the world in my eyes, who truly connects with the audience and make them believe. He puts his heart and soul into even the smallest effect and make people wonder, he is definitely … Read More »

Cosentino is now labeled as the No. 1 magician in Australia. Being Runner up on Australian’s Got Talent has catapulted his career. Now with his TV special which has been aired on prime time Australian Network and his 2nd sold out national tour, I would say this guy is doing PRETTY GOOD!!

From a magician point of view, his tricks are nothing new, but with his own twist to the classics, and they are good twists. An overall fantastic performer and entertainer that leaves audience amazed and baffled, which is what being a magician is all about.

McHappy Day 2010 | My First Gig

Posted on June 7th, by mystafelix in Blog. No Comments

You would’ve heard this all before from other magicians (if you know any other magicians that is) “I’ve always liked magic ever since I was a little kid”, so I won’t bore you with my version of it. However I will tell you about my first gig.

My first gig has substantially put my effort of became a magician from the first gear into the fifth. Before that, there was no real drive for me to research and practice magic regularly, you could say it was a very casual hobby. This was the perfect excuse for me to get my act together and polish up my skills.

The Research

At the time I had … Read More »
